Looking for Senior Engineer for the benchmarking Team.
Job Complexity: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Supervision: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).

Looking for Senior Engineer for the performance benchmarking Team. The ideal candidate would have:
1. Good Network or Storage testing knowledge.
2. Good protocol knowledge of either TCP/IP or FC/iSCSI or SMB.
3. Advanced knowledge/expertise in any one of the virtualization technologies – VMware/Hyper-V/Xen
4. Ability to debug issues independently. Should be capable of determining bugs and work towards its resolution.
5. Work with minimal supervision and make critical decisions independently with available data.
6. Excellent written and oral communications.
7. Should be able to use Unix/Windows shell scripting to automate repetitive manual tasks.
Prefer to have:
1. Prior performance testing background.
2. Good knowledge of performance testing tools like Medusa, IO Meter, Netperf or Ixia tools
